•NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS: A correct number of guest must be listed in the reservation. No more than 8 guests at the property is allowed. If there are excessive guests than on the reservation: $50.00 per guest, per night.
•NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY): This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9 pm. Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
•PETS are only allowed with prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee, per pet applies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pet's should not be left unattended at any time. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside.
• PARKING is only allowed in the unit’s garage and/or on the unit’s driveway. The street is narrow and street parking is not allowed and street parked vehicles may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
