The Four bedrooms are tastefully decorated with high-quality linens, comfortable pillows, and brand new memory foam mattresses to give you a well-rested sleep after a long day. Each bedroom has it’s own 50” Smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows from your own accounts (no cable).

Our location is just 4.5 miles away from the Lawrenceburg Central Business District , so very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Transportation is necessary to get around.
-The home is comfortably cooled/heated with a heat pump system. Mini-split on front porch and upstairs sitting area off Primary Bedroom
-Tankless hot water heater, so HOT showers for all guests, never run out of hot water
-Gas logs in living room available to use October 1-March 31 in the cool months (Remote Controlled)
-Because there is a long driveway, trash barrels are kept at the entrance at the road. Trash pick up day is on Thursdays
-The area is not fenced to keep animals or children contained
-As a guest, you have access to the entire home (3,000 sq.ft.) except the ‘owners closet’ in the primary guest room (there
is an additional guest closet in the same room for your use), and a second ‘owners closet’ off of the kitchen
-To enhance protection of the property, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, which records audio and video.
This is for your safety as well as the safety of our property. The camera actively records the street in front of the house, as
well as the driveway entrance. Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have
visibility into any interior spaces.
