This lovely, historic home is located on Ocean Pathway, steps to the beach and boardwalk, the Great Auditorium and downtown restaurants and shops. This is the place where vacation memories are made! This single-family, two-story beach rental is centrally located and within walking distance to all Ocean Grove has to offer vacationers, including a relaxing day at the beach or an afternoon in historic downtown with its quaint shops, antiques, fine dining, and parks. But that isn’t all. The Great Auditorium, Tent City, paddle boat rides on Wesley Lake, and endless fun at the Asbury Park Boardwalk are all just a quick walk or bike ride away! This house sleeps 11 and features 5 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with a half bath are located on the first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all new stainless steel appliances. The house has a large living room and dining room to accommodate good size groups. Washer and Dryer on premises. Additional bonus, there is a "beach" shower in the garage. As the hub of the Grove, Ocean Pathway is perfect for people watching, walking the dog, flying kites, or getting in a friendly game of frisbee with the kids. With a full view of Ocean Pathway from the front porch and the upstairs balcony, you’re sure to be entertained by the ongoing activities on the Pathway. Plus, the balcony is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking sunrise! Your family is sure to appreciate the many perks that are standard with this vacation rental and include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, three (3) adult beach comber bicycles, four (4) full-access beach passes, several beach chairs, a beach buggy, beach toys, and a lil’ red wagon. PARKING is plentiful with this rental due to the enclosed single car garage and extended driveway that will easily accommodate several vehicles. Linen service is an additional $300 and includes all bedding, linens, towels, and beach towels. Cleaning fees are $300 and pet fees will also apply when applicable. Book your 2025 weekly, monthly or weekend rental now! Three day weekends or mid-week rentals are available for spring, early summer and fall. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard. Small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit. Rental is from Friday 3 pm to Friday 10 am to avoid summer traffic.
