The private backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the pool (heat or cooled optional), loungers/chairs and games. Approx one mile to downtown Gilbert, four miles to SanTan Village w/ shopping & eateries galore! Relax in the peaceful backyard w/ pool & lovely furnished outdoor patio area. Easy drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa & Chandler. Walking/hiking trails abundant. Approx. 20 min to Sky Harbor Airport. One of the bedrooms and full bath on the main floor with NO STAIRS.
*The pool has heating and cooling available. We recommend heating the pool between the months of mid-October through mid-May for a comfortable swimming temp of 78-83 degrees. Cooling is also available and a nice option in the hot summer months. Heating/cooling available for an additional $75 per day (minimum 3 days please).
