This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.
This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.
