This is a brand new community and its proximity to downtown Kingston and Queen's U make it a great location for professionals and its location on the shores of Great Cataraqui River give it a resort like feel of escaping to a cottage. With three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a deck and BBQ, gourmet coffee and fast wi-fi, it truly offers the best of both worlds
All bookings will be for the full house which means that you will have the entire house to yourself and not share with any other guests/bookings.
You will also have access to wifi and host's netflix account (already set up on the Smart TV) for you to enjoy during your stay.
The host is always available via phone/text or email throughout your stay.
We are located at the corner of Montreal Street and John Counter. There's a bus stop just outside the development where you can take the #1 bus which will take you into Downtown Kingston.
I reside in Toronto myself and purchased this house since my daughter was studying at Queen's U. It is ideal for visitors to Kingston who wish to make this their base while they explore Thousand Islands, Ottawa and beyond.
