This beautiful home was built in 2001, featuring a large eat in kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas and a screened in porch. Enjoy direct lakefront access with a dock, clean swimming area and relaxing hammock. Sorry, pontoon boat is not available for renter use. Feel free to bring your own motor boat, canoe, kayak, etc. The large yard has a fire pit and plenty of space! Unfortunately need to work? We've got high speed internet and an office workspace. Pets must be preapproved, 2 max.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is 10am. Some flexibility in these times is possible depending on availability. Please check with me if you would like to check in earlier or check out later. If you check out late without prior approval there will be a $50 late check out fee.
Please don't be gross. Seriously, please be respectful and leave the house in a decent condition. I hate that I even have to say this but it is apparently necessary after some recent experiences.
