Welcome to Le Paradis Bleu, or "Ty Baradoz Glaz" as it is known in the local dialect.
This beautiful fisherman's house, 90m2, entirely renovated in the summer of 2022, offers quality services and can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Bono, just above the harbour of Le Bono, this house is a haven of peace, positioned in the main street, not far from the shops (bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurants) of the village, above the village Port and a few steps away from its famous Old Eiffel-style suspension bridge.
Le Bono is the ideal starting point for visiting the most beautiful sites in the Morbihan by foot, by car or by bike.
ACCOMMODATION
Ty Baradoz Glaz is an extremely pleasant town house.
Be amongst the first to come and stay here, you won't regret it!
Lots of charm, stone walls in the living room which gives a lot of character to the place, you feel good and very serene.
On the ground floor, the living room, of more than 40m², offers a vast open kitchen, fully equipped, giving onto a pleasant dining area and a very spacious lounge. Against the backdrop of a glass roof, you can access the laundry room and the bathroom with its toilet, which completes the first level of the house.
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which combines vast storage space, a second bathroom, also with its own toilet, and three beautiful bedrooms. All of them have velux windows with integrated blinds, high quality bedding from Epeda and beautiful light volumes.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed (160x200cm).
Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed (160x200cm) and a work area. It can accommodate a folding child's bed when required (bed and mattress provided by the house).
Bedroom 3 combines two 90x190cm beds, one of which rests on an attractive wooden box that houses a selection of children's games.
The ground floor is essentially wood effect tiles.
The floor on the first floor, as well as the staircase, is a wooden floor.
The bathrooms have black and white marble tiles.
Each area of the house is equipped with individual radiators so that you can enjoy the warmth of winter while staying warm.
The accommodation has been awarded the Meublé de Tourisme classification by the Gîtes de France.

END OF STAY INFORMATION
-> All tenants must dispose of their rubbish before leaving (in the dedicated areas of the commune if they leave on a day other than the rubbish collection day).
-> If, after the end-of-stay cleaning, which is included at the time of booking, we need to restore the accommodation (rubbish, food, belongings not put away or left on work surfaces, dirty and/or untidy crockery, dishwasher not emptied, oven/stove not cleaned, etc.), we will unfortunately be obliged to deduct the amount required from your deposit.
