5 Bedroom House in Wallenpaupauk Lake Estates, Lake Ariel
Spacious home on Beaver Lake in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates (WLE), with exceptional views, 5 bedrooms, and fireplace in a large open family room. Wake up, walk out onto the deck and enjoy the beautiful Lake view and all the nature that surrounds the home! 2 of the 5 bedrooms, and the open Family room have breathtaking-direct views of the Lake. The house has central air conditioning, wifi, and a TV with DVD players in every bedroom (no cable) and living room (has cable). We have a dock with a paddle boat, row boat, and canoe on the property as well. We are located about 2 hours from NYC, and only a couple minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack. A truly peaceful piece of paradise, that is yours for the renting!
Renter Requirements:
Renters/responsible occupants must be of 30 years of age or older. Renters will kindly be asked to provide photocopies of licenses to ensure no individual is under 30, with the exception of Families with children. We allow for 1 dog to accompany you during your stay, but no other pets are allowed (cats, birds, hamsters etc). There are a maximum of 3 cars allowed on the property. Administrative fee is a local town-imposed vacation fee of $150.
About the Community:
WLE contains 3 community pools, 1 indoor (located by the "Big Lake" (Lake Wallenpaupack)),and 2 outdoor (Beaver Pool and Rockledge Pool). Beaver Pool is a 5 minute walk from the house. Lake Wallenpaupack is only a couple minute drive through the community for access to the "U" docks for lounging and swimming. In addition, the Community offers a Game Room/Lodge for children. There are also tennis courts, a hand-ball court, and basketball courts located in the Community. "Deer Lake", another small Lake in the Community, has a beach for swimming, and a pond across the street that is Home to many fish, frogs, and ducks. Fishing is allowed on all 3 lakes with a proper fishing license. All Community amenities require badges, which are provided at the rental house.
