At 1,939 square feet, this rental offers the largest of the Bear Trap Dunes condo floor plans. The great room features not only a large living area (with sleep sofa) but also a small open area, with an office desk, referred to as the "library" (also with a sleep sofa) that just adds to the open and airy feel of this charming property. Recent updates include new stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, new wood flooring, granite countertops, comforters, new washer and dryer and new HVAC. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
