Summary: The area felt very unsafe. Street racing, sirens, and helicopters could be heard all night. Homeless people were camped on the side of the building. A police incident was happening outside of our hotel room in the middle of the night - I could hear incoherent hollering, and the police responding with "put your hands up! turn around!". There was frequently a strong smell of marijuana smoke entering our room thru the AC system. We got nearly zero sleep. I will never stay here again.
