The first bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a large closet and dresser for your clothes. The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a very large closet and more dressers. The back deck is made of composite materials, so no worries about splinters. Large umbrella offers plenty of shade, table for dining and a large sectional. This home is located next to an elementary school - and its playground, and is a straight walk down to Granville beach. the library and public restrooms are right at the base of this entrance point.
