Remodeled interiors, we offer three bedrooms with different themes: Contemporary (Cal-King) with double mirror closets and SmartTV, the Retro Room (Queen) and Vintage Antique (Full size 4-Poster Bed). Great closet space in every bedroom. The living room couch converts to comfortable Full size bed, great for kids and extra guest! Kitchen includes Frigidaire Professional Series stainless appliances, wide counter space and fully equipped for dine-in pleasure. After a full day of activities, sink into our luxury soaking tub under the rainfall window pane, or enjoy a long shower with four massage settings! We have No AC, only ceiling, floor fans and cool nightly ocean breeze -- if AC is a must have, can find at newer/upgraded homes nearby.
The landscaped Backyard is fully enclosed with locking side gates and whether having morning coffee on the patio, basking in the sun or firing up the grill, you're sure to enjoy this secluded area.
Our local area has much to offer from Surfing to Sea-glass hunts, Whale Watching (seasonal) to the Sunday Farmer's Market at Channel Islands Harbor. The Casita is simply charming in a great location with many restaurants, retail and tourist attractions nearby. Can spend a day discovering Ventura, Ojai or Santa Barbara... we even have wineries!
