The 2nd floor has an open floor plan taking advantage of ALL the WATER VIEWS. The gourmet kitchen has plenty of countertop space, island with sink, top of the line appliances and breakfast table. Directly off the kitchen is a wonderful 3 seasons room. Absolutely the BEST feature of the house is the large deck overlooking the beach and bay. The backside of the house you’ll find a large family room perfect for watching movies or cozying up to the fireplace. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor, one with 2 singles and day bed and the other with 2 singles. Additional features include elevator from garage to top floor (no need to lug groceries upstairs), wet bar off living room, heated bathroom floors and state of the art lighting system.

Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provide (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee)
