Summary: We loved this hotel however, my family was traveling with a service animal and i was charged the $10.60 a night pet fee even though i shouldnt have had to pay it. The first night we stayed, i was asked if she was a service animal and i replied yes. We had to extend our stay due to unforseen issues surrounding my car and when i checked in for that stay, no one asked me about her and i had no idea they were charging me a pet fee. When i spoke to the manager he assured my they would refund the fee for my 5 night stay but never did. First i was told it would be refunded, then i was told it would be mailed to me...still nothing. It clearly states on the website that service animals stay free but when they mess up, they really dont want to own up to it or give you your money back.
