One block away from the Beef n Barrel, Union Whiskey, Lincoln Park and only a few more to Ried's Food Barn, Four Mile Brewing, and Angee's restaurant. The home has beautiful woodwork with cathedral ceilings, a gorgeous eat-in kitchen, a coffee bar, TV, WiFi and lots of charm.

Whether you're in town to visit family, a class reunion, graduation, or work, this house will provide you with a comfortable and cozy space to unwind after a long day. It's a short drive to St. Bonaventure University campus. Just 10 minutes up the hill to Rock City Park. A quick jaunt (20 min.) to The Seneca Allegany Casino and just a little bit further to downtown Ellicottville (30 mins.) and all that Holiday Valley affords - skiing in the winter and Sky High Adventure Park in the summer.
