● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically.
● Road is close to the front door. You will hear an occaisonal vehicle pass. Children must not be left outside unattended.
● Children must not be left unattended outside. There is a pond and a stream on the property as well as animals. We do not anticipate danger from the animals however if they are unnecessarily disturbed or if they feel threathened they may show otherwise. We are not responsible for any action or inaction that may cause animals to act aggressively.
● Swimming in pond is prohibited.
● We do consider allowing photography shoots but must be arranged beforehand.
● Additional guests after 5 do require additional cost. Please ask for details.
● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area
● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside of the building.
