Cozy attached screened in porch provides a great place to entertain if an afternoon shower comes calling. The fishing is great in the day and throughout the evening and night. Summary: This cottage has a beautiful frontage on the North Branch of the AuSable, a flyfisherman's dream stream. We saw deer in the morning and interesting birds all day long. The cottage is decorated in a nostalgic, classic outdoorsy theme. The host has thoughtfully provided classic books, movies and board games. Would have loved to have a summer to spend reading them. My family and I were comfortable and had fun by the fire. Met the next door neighbor and he was super nice and offered help for anything that we needed. Staying here brought back fond memories of going to my parent's cottage from back in the day.
