This beautifully furnished two-bedroom double-wide home sits on a stocked fishing pond and offers all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, two TVs, free WiFi, and central A/C. The community provides something for the entire family, with amenities such as two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Conveniently located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this home is ideal for a coastal getaway. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
