Welcome to our home! We are an architect couple working in NYC but will need to temporarily move away, so we are making our house available for short/medium term rental. The place is well-appointed with all the quality and comfort of a home. Everything is brand new and just renovated!
This 3 bed/2baths/1den condo is located in the quiet, waterfront neighborhood of Weehawken, a tightknit and super safe community composed of families and young professionals (most other rentals are in the less appealing neighborhoods of Union City and West New York). Bottom floor tenants are a couple in tech and top floor a couple in finance.
The space features the following:
-The apartment is a massive 1500sf (some storage areas will be closed off).
-Both bedrooms have comfy hybrid spring-foam king-size mattresses with foam topper; the master bedroom is especially plush (experience sleeping in a cloud!) and also has a TV on the wall.
-3rd bedroom is vacant and could accommodate a bed or office (please see notes on advance request).
-Living room with large flat-screen TV and sound system; many options for streaming services in the living room and master bedroom.
-HUGE kitchen with dishwasher, stove, 36" fridge with ice-maker, and microwave.
-One bathroom has a bathtub, the other a shower.
-In-Unit Washer Dryer.
-Quiet split-unit A/C to keep cool in the summer
-Self-check-in with number keypad.
-Very close to bus stops, serviced by multiple bus lines (4-5 routes) going into Manhattan. Don’t be tied down to a single, infrequent bus line!
