My loft is in a historical building built in the 1880s & was recently rejuvenated and renovated to a high comfort level but as the same time still possesses its original old look. With high ceiling,hardwood floors, a full kitchen &full bathroom it has a lot of old character &charm. Queen size bed & closet. Free street parking right outside the building on both sides of street always find a spot.Loft is equipped with a 40” Smart TV wi &couch with a bar chair. Netflix and Wifi
I'm renting out my loft for weekdays and weekends. It's about half a mile from OTR /UC and 1.5 miles from downtown. It’s a very short taxi /Uber ride and for an added convenience there is a bus stop right in front of the building.If you can't find the dates you’re looking for on this loft, please check my other listings of one bedroom apartments and lofts on the same building with the same amenities!
The entire unit/apt#7 (550 sq.ft) is accessible. You enter the premises through a main entrance (that requires a passcode) and 3rd stairs takes to the apt-7 loft to the right .There are advance security cameras on the building.

The place is located between Over -the -Rhine and university of Cincinnati, they are both renovated neighborhoods and are considered the 'hot' new areas for hangout . Lots of eclectic bars and a variety selection of restaurants are close are a short distance away.
OTR and UC are with in a mile of downtown, so everything is very short Uber /taxi ride .There are also red-bike stations located throughout the area .
