Quaint 400 square foot apartment on lower level of 120 year-old home in the village of Bullville Between Middletown and Pine Bush near the corner of Route 17K and Route 302. The apartment includes bedroom, living room, full bath and kitchen, located on 3/4s of an acre. Fully furnished and stocked with necessities with outdoor gazebo and fire pit available to guests. Short ride from many attractions. Read the descriptions under each picture for more information.
The space
Quiet setting with outdoor gazebo and fire pit. The apartment is downstairs so there may be some sound from people walking upstairs.
One bedroom with a pullout love seat in the living room. A cot is also available.
The kitchen is stocked with coffee, k-cups, tea, sugar, spices, eggs, individually packaged oatmeal, snacks, creamers, jellies, butter, and whatever I happen to have at the time.
Bathroom is stocked with towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash.
As some guests say, it is perfect for a couple with one child, but there is an additional fold-up cot. Bedroom has full-size, double bed and pull out couch is a single bed.
