The subway is only a few blocks away on Girard Avenue and takes you to Center City and all historical points within 6-9 minutes.
Parking: there is regular street parking and you can also apply with the City of Philadelphia for a guest parking pass for longer stays. You can also walk up the block and park all day with no restrictions across Girard Avenue.

There are 3 bedrooms all comfortably designed and ready for you to rest. 1 Bedroom has a Queen size bed, one bedroom has a full size bed and one has a twin single bed. The larger room have closet space, ceiling fans, and private doorway and a reading area. The single room has a 32" smart TV, private doorway, reading area and a large closet outside the room for storage.
Fully equipped 2 full bathrooms with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. Very nice ceramic design and very clean.
There is an in-unit free washer/dryer, central Heat and AC, and a fitness center on the first floor for all our guests to enjoy.
Our authorized guests have access to a rooftop pool at a nearby building. ask the hostfor instructions. the pool is open seasonally and we must grant access.
the subway is a few blocks away at the Girard Ave stop. 6 mins to Centercity
