The Space:
Our one-bedroom loft apartment is fully furnished; including a queen bed and everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. There's free WiFi!
There is an elevator that will take your floor, but there are stairs inside the unit to the loft bedroom and bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the guest whose name appears on the reservation may check in. You will be required to show a photo ID with a matching name to the concierge when checking in to gain access to the suite (If the names don't match, the property will not allow you to check in).
There is no parking included with this stay. Street parking is very limited and there are no parking garages near this suite.
This suite is located in a very popular downtown area with great nightlife. Ambient city noise and music noise is common. Please keep this in mind if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep/relax, as we may have other locations available in the city that would better suit your needs!
There is currently an apartment building under construction across the street and construction noise can sometimes be heard as late as 1 AM.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:

You can access the building anytime after 4pm by checking in with the concierge to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

These options will get you almost anywhere you need to go in the city and even into some suburbs.
