-MASTER SUITE & BATHROOM- Sleeps 2
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 60" TV, light filtering window coverings showing off the views of the water when opened. Master bath includes his/her double sinks, a separate stand-up shower, and a jacuzzi garden tub (If used, please fill tub above jets before turning on. Even if the jets are not used, once the water has drained from the bathtub, expect to hear the jets blowing air about 15 mins after use)
-THE IN-LAW SUITE & BATHROOM- Sleeps 2
This bedroom has a king size bed, 40" mounted TV, large walk-in type closet with a dresser. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
-THE "QUEEN" ROOM- Sleeps 4
This bedroom has 2 queen size beds, 40" mounted TV and a large closet with a dresser inside.
-THE BUNK ROOM- Sleeps 6
This bedroom has 2 bunk beds!! One TWIN set and one FULL set. This can be for another couple or all kids room or both. Ample space for kids to play gaming systems if they bring them and room for the 2 bean bags (these convert to twin size mattresses if needed and are not included in the 14 people headcount-extra twin sheets in the closet)
-FULL BATHROOM-
This shower/tub combo full-size bathroom is shared by the Bunk Room and the Queen Room and is located in the hallway between the two rooms.
-THE KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING-
This is a huge open space giving all 3 rooms a great view of False River!
The fully equipped kitchen welcomes you with pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven. The bar top on the island has 4 seats for additional seating.
The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Great to play cards and board games on as well. :)
The living room has a huge comfy sectional and 2 recliners (please do not move recliners), 65" TV, Sonos soundbar for music (just connect to the Wi-Fi with the login information provided once you arrive). Board games, coloring books and cards are in the bottom cabinet that is located to the left of the fireplace (please return these items).
A washer and dryer are available for use. In the laundry room you will also have extra cabinets if you need more pantry space-as the pantry, extra refrigerator and master closet are locked for the owners.
-THE OUTDOORS-
Our screened in back porch has a swing, dining table, 2 chairs and sofa and steps down to the covered gazebo with a wood burning fireplace (please bring your own wood if you plan to use). Plenty of extra seating for those nice evenings watching the sunset from the fenced in yard.
The walk down the pier brings you to the covered decking that has a swing, table and chairs. Please do not leave any items on the pier including personal items, trash, etc. There is a ladder that folds down into the water. The water levels are typically shallow around the dock, so jumping/diving into the water is NOT ADVISED. At times, they do manage the water levels and do a drawdown causing water levels to be even lower in certain areas so please check schedules of such prior to booking your stay-as refunds will not be made due to the levels of the water.
-CHECK IN and CHECK OUT-
*Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 11am (accommodations can sometimes be made with the owner's approval-contact if needed)
*Prior to your check in date, you will receive the door and alarm code that is valid only for the duration of your stay.
*WIFI information is located in the Lake House.
*Before departing, please put all USED/DIRTY towels and sheets in the laundry room, all dishes to be washed, refrigerator completely emptied, and trash taken out.
*Lock back door from the inside and to lock the front door, once you exit the Lake House simply hold down the check mark a few seconds until locks.
-RULES TO REMEMBER-
1) Must be a minimum age of 25 or older to lease.
2) Occupancy is a maximum of a total of 16 guests.
3) No pets
4) No fireworks
5) No smoking is allowed inside the lake house or porch. A minimum $500 fee if a smoke odor is detected.
6) No illegal activity permitted on the premises. Any unlawful activity will be reported to authorities immediately.
7) Do not leave children unsupervised anywhere on the property.
8) No diving off the dock/pier
***There is no ramp access for anyone with mobility concerns.
***The driveway has steep incline. Please be cautious.
***Anyone16 or older, even when fishing off the dock must have a Louisiana fishing license per State Laws.
***Property is monitored with exterior cameras.
