The first floor foyer opens to a living room with wet bar, fireplace, and sliders with access to a covered deck and your private dock on the water. This floor also features a full hall bathroom, a bay front bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, two large bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and a laundry room.
Upstairs on the second floor is your main living space, flooded with natural light from large windows all around. The comfortably furnished living room features a fireplace, and opens to the dining area and large kitchen. Two sliding doors take you to another covered patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, priceless views of sunset, and meals with friends and family. You'll also find a half bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third floor is the primary suite: with spacious closets, a shower/tub and double vanity, as well as a private patio overlooking the bay.
With beautiful upgrades throughout, from larger bay front decks, to updated furnishings inside and out - This home welcomes back return guests each summer, and a limited number of open dates remain! A well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval. Guests will enjoy use of a kayak, SUPs, beach chairs, beach tags, an outdoor shower, bikes, a well-stocked kitchen, grill, outdoor griddle, and more.
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bedding and bath towels are also included (bed-making may be available for an extra fee, with limited availability in the summer), as are beach tags and beach gear and all the amenities detailed above.
