This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for as well as high end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.
The fireplace is wood burning. (bring firewood)

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.
