This adorable & cozy Lake front home is on a large lot with its own private pier (not pictured) in a quiet neighborhood with a boat launch/bar/restaurant just a couple of blocks down the street.
The cottage has been freshly updated & has 2 bedrooms with very comfy beds & 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, a tv & a closet while Bedroom 2 has 2 twin sized bunk beds plus a closet. All bedding is new, fresh, clean & cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new dishes, fun cocktail glasses, utensils, a full size fridge & a gas stove. There is also a gas grill available to grill out on & a nice sized deck for outdoor dining & views of the Lake (Outdoor dining table & chairs & deck umbrella not pictured). The cottage is ready to host up to 6 people & does have a security system outside to insure that our Guests don't disturb the wonderful neighbors. There is high speed internet available. Lake Koshkonong is a huge, 10,000+ acre Lake great for skiing, pontooning & fishing with a sand bar & tons of bars & supper clubs just a boat ride away. There are 3 great golf courses plus a Par 3 course all within a 15 minute drive. Located just 10 minutes to I90, 2 hours to Chicago, 25 minutes to Madison, 20 minutes to Janesville & 13 minutes to Edgerton or Fort Atkinson. This cottage is immaculate & clean with attention to detail & your host lives just 12 minutes away in case of any emergency:)
