Welcome to Longview Farm!
This beautiful, elegant home is perfectly positioned to capture all of the natural elements of sun and sea. The flat expansive lawn and unique stone landscaping flow perfectly with the beauty of Maine's coast. When walking into Longview you will notice the bright open floor concept. On the first floor you will find a half bath, washer and dryer, an enormous living, dining, kitchen and two sitting areas all within one room. Off of the kitchen lies a large screened in porch for a little indoor/outdoor dining. And with large windows, including a sliding glass door leading out to the deck, all facing the Atlantic Ocean, you will find it hard not to come back here year after year.
Moving upstairs are three bedrooms. With the primary bedroom to the top left, it comes complete with a king size bed, full ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. To the top right of the stairs are the other two bedrooms with queen size beds, which both share a full bath with shower/tub combo. In the basement there is a pool table and a gym for renters to use for some entertainment or exercise. Outside of the home there is a large fire pit surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs which are conveniently placed right near Longview's brand new dock that was installed this year.
The home also has a 2 car garage with an In-law suite apartment above it. The In-law suite includes a full bathroom and sleeps an additional 5 guests with a bunk bed that has two full size beds as well as a twin trundle underneath. Additional sleeping is also available on the pull out sofa in the living room.
There are 2 kayaks located in the barn for use at renters own risk.
