Newly remodeled bathroom and updated living room. WIFI availability and You Tube TV. Ample parking for boats, campers etc. 3 bedrooms, one very large that can sleep many kiddos! Very affordable (no charge for extra people) all the amenities you need, ,washer, dryer, grill, fully equipped kitchen. If simple, clean, affordable and back to the basics is what you are looking for then this is for you! 45 Minutes from Dale Hollow State Park and 30 minutes from Sunset Marina, that has an amazing restaurant! 1 mile from Wolf River Dock a great place to put your boat in! Also please note: If you are bringing a boat with you, go past the first driveway and pull the boat into yard and around to driveway so the boat is facing forward, any questions about this just ask!
