Summary: We arrived on a hot day and the air was not turned on: it took several hours to get it to a bearable temperature so we left for dinner and came back later. They only have window units in the 2 rooms upstairs but they did the job. We had to buy a couple of decent pillows and a blender which we donated (it's possible they were stolen as there were additional cases in the closet). There were mouse droppings on the counter, which the manager said he'd have taken care of. I ended up finding the entrance which they'll seal up I'm sure. A contractor came to effectively replace the sink garbage disposal while there. But when I reported the dishwasher wasn't draining and that it flooded the floor, I was told there isn't a dishwasher listed on the amenities. We stopped using it anyway: so beware if you use it. The biggest issue was a mildew smell that would come from the basement where the brand new washer & dryer are located: we could smell the mildew on the first floor often, so we did our best to keep the back door closed, but it's also the door that leads out to the back deck. The location is in a nice area, but it is far from the freeway to downtown (25 mns), but just 15mns from the airport.
