We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you'll receive wristbands after payment to enter.
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! ️
We do not provide washcloths
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
