The wood burning fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING TABLE that seats FOUR. The bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a FLATSCREEN TV and there is ONE FULL BATH. This unit has A/C in the bedroom ONLY. The deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful, wooded landscape and patio table that seats FOUR. This unit is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also within a short walking distance of the Highlands Golf Course. Parking is available onsite. All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs-reservations required.
