Perfect young family stand alone home available in Beach Haven Gardens. It is one house off the ocean, positioned between 2 ocean fronts. It has a fenced in yard with firepit and lots of seating. The outdoor area is large enough to play out door games. It has 4 bedrooms (3 king sized beds, 1 queen size), one bathroom with indoor shower, one outdoor shower with dressing area and a storage area with beach chairs, umbrella, etc.. It has 2 Decks-lower deck has large table for outside eating and grill. The upper deck has a beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets on the bay. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The driveway can fit 3 cars.
Within 2 min. walking distance of 5 fabulous restaurants, fresh home made donuts & bagels, Wawa's and ice cream parlor.
Everything will be provided, however, if you use something up, please replace it. Sheets & Pillow cases will be provided folded at bottom of each bed. If you use, must be washed, dried, folded & placed back on bed.
