Negative: As a realtor, I would get in trouble with my board if I were to list this property as “4 bedrooms.” One of the “rooms with a bed” was the attic. There were 2 problems with this: 1. The attic was only accessible THROUGH another (actual) bedroom. Going back to my original point, this feature would eliminate the attic as a bedroom since no bedroom is allowed to be accessible ONLY by passing THROUGH another. 2. The attic space was only 5 feet high at its maximum, and most of it was only 3 feet or so throughout, making it impossible for anyone of average height to stand up safely. And the stairway to the attic required one to be a contortionist (no exaggeration) in order to scale it. In short, this property is badly mis-marketed as having “4 bedrooms” and should NOT be allowed to market itself as such.
