Master bedroom includes a queen bed and private full bath, 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom includes full/twin bunk. Full kitchen includes Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Dishwasher. Outside includes deck area with gas grill, teak furniture and outdoor shower. Off street parking for at least 3 cars. Recent updates include kitchen, baths and carpeting.
6 Beach Badges are included in rental.
NOTE: Linens and Towels are not included. If needed we can recommend some rental services.

FAQ:
1. Sorry, we don't rent to groups of kids. I get these nice e-mails all the time asking about this. If you don't have an adult 25 or older, it's technically against the township's rules.
2. Sorry, no pets. With a duplex you never know how the pets/tenants will react to each other, plus with the short changeover window we can't really deal with any pet damage.
3. VRBO/HomeAway is our master calendar. So if it says the week is available on the calendar, it's available.
4. We only rent weekly (Sat-to-Sat). VRBO/HomeAway shows the rates as per night, which is a little tricky.
