Guests are granted access to ONLY the RIGHT driveway (7552) or front off-street parking. The garage is designated for use as a fitness/game room, and parking inside is not permitted.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Absolutely no parties and no loud music after 10pm. This will cause you to lose your deposit if there are any complaints! No exceptions!
Please, make sure there are no cigarettes on the property.
Trash day is on Thursday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located on the side of the driveway.
Traffic noise may be heard but is easily drowned out by the TV and by you having a good time!
