MAIN LEVEL
Access to the residence is on the middle floor that encompasses the home’s main living and dining areas. A gleaming kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, several counter areas for prep, loads of storage, and a wonderful coffee bar with both Keurig and drip makers. Easily serve quick meals at the kitchen’s eat in table and more formal meals can be hosted in the separate dining room. A cozy gas fireplace and Smart TV are the focal point of the living room where there is access to the backyard entertainment area. This floor also has 2 king bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer & dryer, and garage access.
UPPER LEVEL
Head up one level to find 2 private queen bedrooms. Each has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and closet storage. These bedrooms share a bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo.
LOWER LEVEL
On the ground floor is an extremely cool entertaining/flex space with walk out access. This level has an additional kitchen, a theatre room, wet bar and a third full bathroom. There is also a sofa that converts to a full-size bed for overflow sleeping.
EXTERIOR
Every square inch of the backyard has been designed for vacation bliss! Entertainment features truly are epic here with a huge inground heated pool, hot tub, BBQ area, dining pergola, outdoor fireplace, chaise lounge sundeck, and basketball court.
Guests are welcome to use the 3-car garage and the convenient circle drive can accommodate an additional 5 cars and oversized vehicles such as boats or RVs are allowed to park in the driveway. Whether staying for a weekend or a month, options for enjoyment are limitless!

OF NOTE
The pool opens for the season at the end of April and closes for the winter mid-October. The hot tub remains open year-round for guest enjoyment.

These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.
We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).
We are required to pay occupancy tax based on the number of people coming to the home. As such, we charge an additional $30 per person/per night after the first 4 people.
We may be able to host events depending on the type of event, number of people and number of cars. Check with the host for details. The typical cost is $30 per person and must be approved by host.
No smoking inside the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music is allowed.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for several cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
