Beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house with 3 parking spaces in a paved driveway. We are a very quick walk to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, all the restaurants and stores in Beach Haven. We are the 3rd house from the beach and pavilion. The beach is handicap accessible and wheel chair and stroller friendly. We are on the beach block, so there is no street to cross to enter the beach which makes us ideal for easy access and safety.

soft , white sands of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. Beautiful, neat and clean paver stones cover the grounds of the property which will take you on a walk through the colorful summer gardens. Drift off to sleep easily, with the sound of the surf, front porch. Awesome patio pool with stainless steel viking built in grill.
The master bath and downstairs full bath were updated in 2019, The appliances in the kitchen are new as are the washer and dryer. The central air is new in 2021.The living room furniture is new in 2023.
