Because they're most likely using my lights heat and water during the time they are visiting you in my home.
Please do not move any of the furniture yourself inside the home you may ruin the floors and furniture. Do not hangout in front of the home. Use the backyard it's big enough. Please do not stand on top of any of the furniture. Any big messes or stains will be paid extra by the guests to the cleaning service. Please Do Not Sit On Pool Table!
