Big living room is on the other side of house and gives privacy for another gathering group. Two level central air-condition is set separate for each floor.
All furniture, mattresses, bed linens, towels, rugs, kitchenware are new.
Beautiful garden with surrounding water falls mountain makes you relax all day in the backyard. Careful maintained jacuzzi (every week professionally cleaned) can be used any time alone with the outdoor shower. Huge patio can fit up to 20 people for evening dinner gathering. New grill is all set for the barbeque. Seven beach chairs, two umbrellas and 12 beach towels are complimentary to use. Two cars garage and parking can fit total of four cars; additional five car batches are available for the street parking.
