The house comes with a grill and grilling tools, air conditioning in the two bedrooms, and access to the shed for storage of bicycles, strollers, etc. It also has a private outdoor shower!
The home is located just a short walk from the small beach on Green Hill Pond and we provide beach chairs and beach towels. The beach has no parking lot, so many people will carry supplies, people, chairs, etc. in a car, drop everything and everyone off at the beach, and return by foot. Or, ride your bike!
Just 0.8 mile/2 min. drive is a public beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are 7-8 free public parking spots on the side of Green Hill Beach Road. Once those are filled, there is no parking available, so get there early or ride your bike!

BEACH INFO
The home is located just a short walk from the small beach on Green Hill Pond and we provide beach chairs and beach towels. The beach has no parking available, so many people will carry supplies, people, chairs, etc. in a car, drop everything and everyone off at the beach, and return by foot if the lot is full. Or, ride your bike!
The beach at the end of Green Hill Beach Rd which is 0.8 miles (12-15 min walk) has on-street parking for several cars, but it’s first-come, first-served and fills up fast. We usually drop off people and supplies by car, return the car to the house, and then walk to the beach.
Other nearby beaches that are open to the public include Charlestown Town Beach (3.3 miles), Charlestown Breachway (5 miles), South Kingstown Town Beach (4 miles), East Matunuck State Beach (7 miles), Blue Shutters Beach (9 miles), and East Beach (9 miles)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
SHED: We have a lockable shed that guests can use to store their bicycles. Although the shed has a lock, guests are solely responsible for locking their bikes whether in or out of the shed. The property owner and the property manager are not responsible for theft.
EV CHARGING: A 110v outlet is located on the deck, about 16 ft. from the edge of the parking area. Although not a Level 2 (240v) EVSE, this will allow you to gain 4-5 miles for every hour plugged in. *BRING YOUR OWN EVSE CORD*
