Reservations by those under 21 years will be declined.Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 on weekdays and 23:00 to 08:00 on weekends.This is a shoe-free home; please remove your shoes upon entering.Outdoor security cameras are installed; do not tamper with them.The use of drones and fireworks is prohibited on the property.Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of USD 500, with an additional USD 200 fee if smoke is detected after the stay.Please wash your dishes.Take out the garbage to the bins outside upon check-out.We officially don't provide a grill but if you see one, you can use it, even though we don't provide it in our amenities. You must supply your own propane and grilling essentials and clean it after use.
