- NOTE: Boone Lake's water levels fluctuate seasonally. The lake's water levels go down significantly at the beginning of September and come back up around the middle of May. There is close to no water in the cove from November through March
- NOTE: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 7 guests, including visitors. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests each night. No exchanging of guests during the stay
- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
- NOTE: A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed at all times. Out of respect for our neighbors, towing will be enforced if more than 3 vehicles are present at the property
