The house has been recently renovated. The home is a Split Level 3 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom located in West Nashville Neighborhood. Includes a driveway with a covered car port; enough parking for 4 cars.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make yourself at home. Including a Keurig Coffee Maker, Ninja dual Air fryer, and a Toaster.
1st Bedroom: Master bedroom has a KING BED with a Casper memory foam mattress. The room also has a murphy bed (full size memory foam) for additional sleeping space. A vanity table has been placed in the master as well. The room includes a 65" Samsung Smart TV with 4K Roku Streaming Stick.
2nd Bedroom : Two Full sized beds with memory foam mattresses. A dresser for clothes storage big enough for the whole family. Includes a 55" Smart Roku TV.
3rd Bedroom: A single Queen Memory foam bed and vanity/work table. Includes a Wall mounted 55" Smart Roku TV.
A full body mirror is in each room so you can make sure you look your best before you head out.
Each bedroom has smart Roku TV's that allow guest access so you can login to your personal accounts with no worries. If you rather not I have provided YouTube TV and Netflix for your entertainment needs.
