This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the doorbell facing the porch and front yard, 2 cameras are on each side of the home facing the yard, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the deck. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee. Same day registrations are not allowed
- Temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per card required
