Camera 4 is on the front deck pole, facing the right side of the property. Camera 5 is above the back lower entrance door, facing the laundry room and storage area. Camera 6 is above the back room entrance door, facing the lower tenant's entryway. Camera 7 is in the common area of the duplex, facing the 2 main doors. The cameras record video and sound and are activated from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM everyday. They are motion-activated and will be deactivated at 5:00 AM each day. They do no look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: A $500 post-stay fine will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking or partying on the property or if the security team is called at any point
- NOTE: This 3-story home requires stairs to enter. Additional steep interior stairs are required to access the living room and the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor

- NOTE: This property has sensitive pipes, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
