All rental units have one (1) car parking in our parking lot. We are on Ocean Terrance & Sampson Avenue. All units are freshly painted and beautifully decorated with new showers, televisions, coffee makers, stoves, sinks, refrigerators, furniture, bedding and pull out couches to provide additional occupancy in the units. These units have air conditioning and heat for rentals seasonal and Off Season Get-A-Ways. Guests can expect their rental experience in a quiet, relaxing environment. Our property is owner managed and professionally cleaned.
