It is steps away from the famous Excelsior House Hotel and the McGarity’s Saloon. Within minutes you will also find the amazing general store, more antique shops than you could visit in a day, several delicious foodie spots, and tons of history (almost 100 landmarks) at your fingertips. Eat and antique your way along the brick-paved streets of this charming East Texas town.
This is an entire home but is split into two very private spaces. Rental is just one side. Each unit having one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining area and washer/dryer. There is a shared common space back yard with fireplace and chairs. There is also a shared driveway which has covered parking in the back. There is also street parking in the front. The back door access is individual but if you choose to access in the front there is a common entry way which is shown in the pictures.
