Our home in the lovely and sought after division of Hampton lakes in the most ideal spot .
We are a fair way into the community and it is the only lake [there are 2 on the community ] where the fountain operates and lights up at night a truly beautiful setting a large corner plot with ample parking space drive can fit 3 cars ..
The property has had a number of upgrades in 2022 to include new pool heater new pool filter /new air conditioning /New roof /New paint new 70 inch TV main lounge new sofas new TVs in all rooms it really is the most lovely home from home we treasure every minute we get to travel there from our UK home and it will be a fantastic base for your Florida holiday .
Numerous restaurants just minutes away and some within walking distance Disney is just a 10-15 min drive .
Unlike many new estates Hampton Lakes which was built c 20 years ago has space our house backs on to the lake and you have stunning views ..
On the beautiful community of Hampton Lakes in Davenport, this luxury, newly furnished five bedroom villa offers the perfect home from home for your stay in Orlando. With plenty of space, communal facilities to use free of charge and just 15-minutes from the Disney theme parks, this villa is huge.
The formal living area is in the back of the villa and has a huge L shaped sofa.
also downstairs the patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV in a ultra modern consol.
Following through the villa is the open-plan kitchen with a kitchen bar seating five people. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a modern table seating six people. ,
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is downstairs, at the back of the villa, which contains a King-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom. King bedroom 2 is immediately to the right of the front door and also has full en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs. Bedroom 3 is to the back of the house and has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is in the middle and has bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a double bed and the top bunk being a single bed. Bedroom five has two twin/single beds. upstairs shares the third full bathroom.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck has a pool and an outdoor dining table seating six people with an umbrella for much needed shade so you can ensure the whole family can have breaks from the beautiful Florida sun.
Entertainment - Next to the laundry area is the games room, equipped with a pool table and table football so that the whole family can get together during the periods of down time and have plenty of fun.
